Larger ones have more energy and shine much brighter.

Even more massive stars are also brighter. So younger stars are not that massive to appear very bright, compared to massive and larger stars.

First we have to calculate the distance of the image Di from the lens using the lens equation:

Di=10/4=2.5 cm.
